Wendy McLane has been a Lewis County native all her life and has lived in Croghan for the past 26 years. Wendy has over 28 years of banking experience and has just recently joined the Carthage Savings family as Asst. Vice President - Retail Banking Mananger. Wendy prides herself in customer service and the ability to assist a client with any financial needs they may have, including lending needs.
Wendy is married to her high school sweetheart Bruce, they have two grown children Ashley and Matt along with 2 grandchildren, Jillian and Jackson who they adore.
Wendy is a board member for the International Maple Museum Centre. In her spare time enjoys spending time with her family & friends, going to her camp, watching Nascar races and attending the race at Watkins Glen which she has done with her family for the past 22 years. Wendy is also her son Matt's biggest fan as he has raced at local racetracks in various classes.

Heather Gallagher is a native of Carthage and has been affiliated with the Carthage Savings for over 17 years.
As the branch Manager of the Watertown office, Heather has experience not only in lending but in a variety of areas of the banking industry. Heather’s education includes an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration which she earned from Jefferson Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from SUNY Oswego.
Community service is a priority to Heather, as she sits on several non-profit boards to include the Salvation Army, Neighbors of Watertown, and the United Way. Heather resides in the town of Lyme on Lake Ontario and is newly married. She and her husband, Ethan, have a 4 year old son, Gabriel who is the light of their lives.
